The programme includes two poster sessions of roughly twenty posters each. Each presenter of a poster will be allocated an identified space on a usable surface of about 60/65 cm in width and 120 cm in height. This allows to display a maximum of 4 rows of 3 A4 sheets (21 x 29,7 cm) or anything equivalent.

The necessary material to post the sheets will be available in the conference site, where the posters will be displayed (pins, tape).

For the main and invited sessions, there will be an overhead projector for slides as well as a video projector connected to a PC-Latop. You may bring your powerpoint slides on an USB key.

Finally, the conference will be probably equiped with a WiFi connection so that if you bring your Latop equiped with an internal Wifi card, you will have access to Internet.
